I had a fantastic stay at this tea plantation homestay. The owners, Dany and Dora, were incredibly kind and spoke excellent English. They went above and beyond to take care of us, from picking us up at the bus stop to organizing a minivan to Alishan the next morning. They even arranged a tea tasting session for us, and being surrounded by the aroma of fresh tea was a unique and pleasant experience. The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. I especially appreciated their helpful recommendations for things to do and places to explore in the area.

We had a great stay in Leye just next door to Taiwan as well as a really nice hike in duolin/dinhu area. Dany was the best owner ever.

It is so close to transport to the accommodation as well as nearby attractions so the location is unbeatable and awesome. Staff is amiable and courteous.

This place was fantastic for traveling to the area, I was very happy with my stay here; the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows, and the private bathroom had a nice bathtub with stunning views.

We stayed at Alishan Tea Homestay for three nights and had a fantastic experience. Dany and Dora, our welcoming hosts, provided excellent communication throughout our stay. They gave helpful directions and even picked us up from the bus station. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the good hot water for showers and the reliable wifi. Dany and Dora also gave great suggestions for exploring the tea fields and mountains nearby, as well as visiting Alishan. They were incredibly accommodating and made our trip stress-free. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

The tea they grow and produce in the house added a wonderful aroma to the place. The customer service provided by the owner couple was outstanding, and their fluency in English made communication easy. The stunning views of nature and the delicious tea made our stay truly pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this homestay for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near the bus stop that takes you to the Alishan national forest. The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, surrounded by tea gardens, providing a picturesque view. The local transport system is efficient, with buses running on time. The staff is helpful and provides useful travel information. The rooms are comfortable, with pleasant smells of tea leaves. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast options, both local and western style.

There was no curtain for the bathing tub which made it inconvenient and resulted in a wet bathroom floor.

My stay at the tea home stay was fantastic. The hosts, Dany and Dora, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a great experience. They gave us tips on local transportation and places to visit, and even drove us to dinner and back. They went above and beyond by taking us to a tea plantation trail when we didn't have time to visit the Alisan National Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and we also had the option to pack it for our other meals. it was a wonderful and immersive experience in the local culture.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. They were able to speak multiple languages and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the massive room with its comfortable beds provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The owners even went above and beyond by offering a free tea tasting experience, allowing me to try their own cultivated Alishan teas. It was a delightful and unique treat.

Although my stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was no elevator in the hotel, which meant that carrying heavy luggage to the third floor could be a bit of a hassle.
